Dear Sleep Forum Group,
I think you should write about the five dream theories because, as a member of your audience, I found the most interesting part of your forum to be the different dream theories. During your forum I found it most compelling to attempt to apply the dream theories to dreams of my own.
I think writing a series of five entries in a dream journal would be a very unique media to use for your unessay. This media would be different, and more interesting, than an paper or other typical type of writing venue.
I would start each of the five entries with a dream, followed by an analysis of the dream, using each of the five different dream theories. This would be very compelling because everyone can relate to the idea of trying to make sense of their own dreams, and you would be able to describe each dream theory, and then apply it to a dream for an example for your audience. This type of unessay would also encourage a lot of creativity, which you could show through what happens in the dreams you describe. This would also help keep your audience engaged in your writing.
To get started, I would further research the dream theories so you have a very solid foundation on how to apply them to the dreams you write about. In addition, I was a bit confused on how you used Freud’s theories on dreams in your research, so I would research Freud and his theories a bit further if you choose to include him in your unessay.
Best Wishes,
Danni Noonan
