You should write about the power of sleep in a paper because I, as part of your audience found this compelling because of the dense amount of scientific research which would be much easier to grasp if the audience could in addition to hearing, view as well. Even though the presentation was great with great visuals and obviously well-research information, all that knowledge was lost unless the audience took good notes. In a paper your audience could casually remind themselves or study what they have learned. During the discussion period for your group I found it difficult to recall those different theories of dreams, pathways for the brain, and the historical studies conducted over sleep. Of course, if I had just taken better notes I would still have all that knowledge, however due to our assignment during the presentation and the fast pace of your delivery of information taking notes was a difficult task. My recommendation as an audience member is to provide your audience with a physical copy of your evidence in the form of a paper, so that your audience could consult the information at their own leisure, in order to retain the new gained knowledge.
