In an article written in summary of an interview of Arian Foster by Tania Ganguli, an ESPN analyst, the Houston Texans RB works to expose some of the behind the back procedures coaches use to bypass the no-pay rule for players. He speaks to how the NCAA is a group of bullies and how they would throw money his way unprofessionally. Even something as simple as having the coach provide the team with food could be considered payment, so everyone was in fear of the NCAA. He went on to say that even his family couldn't send money or food without restrictions. On a team with nearly 80 percent of its players coming from the inner city, he described that education was not free because of the tremendous work week they were required as athletes.

This article explains the ways in which coaches attempt to get passed the extensive rules about not paying their players. The details about the specific rules, for example not giving players food, were helpful for readers who are not knowledgeable on this specific topic. I don't think that you needed to include quotes from Foster in this brief summary but it definitely would be helpful in a more descriptive piece because it shows the opinions of coaches today.

1. The NCAA program is considered a "bully" because of its rules and regulations that seem to take away an athlete's constitutional rights.
