Overall I enjoyed reading my peer’s blog posts. I thought it was interesting that everyone wrote about a different aspect of education. Their ideas contributed to my own opinion about the education system and potential solutions to the issues. When commenting I was able to expand on details the author touched on, and share my own viewpoints. Commenting allows for discussion about details the author and reader may not have understood before. My peer’s posts were well developed, and knowledgeable. Both of these helped create engaging blog posts for the reader to read. I especially loved reading the profile pieces since they were a story, and were all unique.
The one issue I had with reading the posts was the concern it created for my own posts. Some of the posts I read were not engaging, and well developed. This made me question whether my blog posts shared the features of a good blog. I want my posts to be interesting for the reader. After reading my peer’s work I have some new ideas on how to keep the reader engaged, and how to develop my opinion better. Reading the other blog posts have contributed to my ideas about the education system and my future writing.
