I had my peers read my rough draft in class and they gave me feedback on what should be added. I was planning on just focusing on one country, but after some discussion I decided to try and research a few more. Because of the length of my piece, I decided to stick with only China and South Korea. This affects my readers because if it was any longer it would have discouraged the audience from reading the full article. The only concern is that it only gives background on two specific areas of the world.
Was my style of writing informative? Did it give the reader a new perspective give more meaning to an understanding of education systems? Did it capture interest? What could I have done to make this better? (Content and form wise)
I am not extremely proud of my work on this piece, I struggled a lot with finding a topic I resonated with as well as formatting. I think I could have presented my research and thoughts in different more interesting way. I am proud of the research I did and that I finally found a topic in which I was interested.
